Important Notice To Vendors
Our new VWIX website is coming April 30, 2008!
To learn more about our newly revised, easy to
navigate, VWIX website, we are providing a web-based training using
the WebEx conferencing system which requires you to connect via
your computer and listen via your telephone.
Below are the dates
and times for the WebEx sessions:
April 25, 2008 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
April 28, 2008 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
May 2, 2008 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
May 9, 2008 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
May 12, 2008 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
May 19, 2008 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
May 20, 2008 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
To register for a VWIX web-session, you will need to sign up in advance.
Here's how to register:
- Log on to https://wicworks.webex.com.
- Click the upcoming events tab.
- Click on the VWIX demonstration session you
want to participate in.
- Click the register button at the bottom
of the session information page.
- Complete the registration information
fields--please include your street
address.
- Submit your registration request by
clicking on the register button at
the bottom of the page.
You will receive an email confirming your enrollment
and providing you with additional information
on how to access the session. Each session is limited to 30 attendees
so sign up early!
WIC MOVE: State WIC Program will be
moving to temporary space while our current building
is renovated.
